This Bunny is Hopping!!

Happy Easter everyone!

Ok so we are still two weeks away, but we all know that time will just fly HOP on by! We are especially excited for this year because our Easter sacks are the first project we are working on here at PL&BC.

We have a goal of putting together 40 Easter Sacks for children who are currently living in a local shelter with their families. These families have been displaced from their homes for multiple reasons and wouldn't it be great to remind them there is still a great reason to celebrate? They are alive, well and with their families... that is reason to celebrate in our opinion. Our hope is that these sacks will remind the children that blessed times are still upon them and positivity can lead the way. Each sack will have eggs filled with treats and small goods for them including fun items and hygiene products.

PL& BC would be so honored if you would like to contribute a gift of $5 to assist us with these sacks. You can do so by clicking the "Donation" link and paying via PayPal or if you would like to mail a check please find our mailing information on the Contact Page.

Please look forward to photos from our drop off day!

Blessings,

Hope

Welcome One, Welcome All!

Welcome to Peace, Love & Birthday Cake! Please let me start by Thanking You for taking a moment to learn about us. Whether you stumbled upon us, looked for us or were invited we appreciate your time.

PL&BC is a brand new organization comprised of a couple sister's and our children in Seminole and Volusia County Florida. Our goal is to work with children and their families through these counties who have stumbled upon hard times in their lives. It is important for children to know that a bad situation in their life only needs to be temporary. PL&BC would love to partner with different shelters through the county and do fun things with the children like ice cream socials, Easter basket fun and assist with projects through the year, to help the families work towards positive steps in re-building their futures.

We are taking things slow the first year but we hope to have several projects completed through 2016. We would love to have fellow community members join us in prayer, in volunteering or cheering us on in the process.
